A hilltop and valley side adjoining Tylers Common, sloping down from the M25 motorway to a bridleway, and with an arm projecting northwards beside the motorway up to a footbridge. Former arable land, it is now substantially open, sunny grassland sheltered by patches of maturing native broad-leaved trees, including much birch. Flowering plants include agrimony and knapweed. It provides good habitat for butterflies and also for reptiles.

The arm projecting north beside the M25 motorway has sheets of fleabane in late summer.
